We understand that in these uncertain times, the reassurance of flexibility when booking your next holiday is the most important factor to consider.

That's why we have introduced the "peace of mind guarantee".  

Available on selected holidays, you can rest assured that, should you wish to cancel your holiday or make amendments, you can do this free-of-charge up to six weeks before your expected departure date.

We can only offer it on certain holiday combinations, so please let us know when you speak to us that you want to have this included so we can make sure we only give you the options that are right for you.

The criteria to qualify for the Peace of Mind Guarantee are as follows: new bookings made on selected holidays travelling in Winter 2020/21 and Summer 2021.
