Please note that our team is working all hours at the moment to ensure that our customers are kept informed, and bookings in the current climate are dealt with appropriately.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist with changes for bookings departing outwith 7 days. This is due to a majority of the airlines prioritising travel that is due to depart within a week but rest assured, we are aware of every single booking on our system that is likely to be affected, and if the situation changes, it will move up the priority list.
We will also be proactively calling all customers as and when their bookings become affected, so please don't worry - we are very much on it!
In the meantime, please do not call us if you are traveling out with 7 days, as it may well mean someone who is traveling can't be helped.
